Tnection’s Ultrasonic Side Welding Units are engineered for continuous edge sealing of moving plastic fabrics, films and laminated textiles.

Ideal for packaging, sunshades, tarpaulins, and woven polypropylene (FIBC/bigbag) , the system seals fabric edges while the material is in motion — flat or pre-folded — delivering clean, strong, and fray-free bonding.

Available in Passive or Active Direct-Drive Motorized versions with sealing speeds up to 80 m/min.
