The Ultrasonic Bigbag / Sack Cutting Tool efficiently cuts big bags and standard sacks in circular loom machines.

The Ultrasonic Bigbag / Sack Cutting Tool is engineered to integrate directly with weaving machines, enabling fast and precise cutting of woven polypropylene (PP), laminated sack fabrics, and other plastic-based textiles. By applying ultrasonic sealing just before cutting, the system prevents fraying, edge deformation, and fiber disintegration — delivering clean, smooth edges without additional thermal or mechanical processes.

Tnection’s cutting tool is available in two performance versions:

• 35 kHz / 500 W – Suitable for standard applications, typically 1–45 m/min depending on fabric thickness. 
• 20 kHz / 3000 W – Ideal for high-speed production, reaching 10–100 m/min depending on fabric thickness. 

Both systems use high-grade titanium transducers and chrome-plated horns. Customized horn geometries and mounting solutions can be developed to suit specific production lines. Whether static or inline, the system ensures maximum cutting precision and consistent sealing quality in Bigbag and Sack manufacturing environments.
