Ultrasonic Cleaning Unit

TNC T60 Series ultrasonic cleaning transducer, 28 Khz & 40khz is widely applied to make the ultrasonic cleaner. Which can convert high frequency electrical energy into mechanical energy effectively.
It consists of a radiation head, an electrode sheet, a rear metal cover, a pre-stressed screw (screw), a piezoelectric wafer, and an insulating tube.

High efficiency: The mechanical Q value of the Ultrasonic Cleaning Transducer 40khz is high, and the electroacoustic conversion efficiency is as high as 95% or more.
Strong amplitude: The vibrator has a high vibration velocity, and the amplitude is increased by more than 50% compared with the magnetostrictive vibrator.
Good heat resistance: wide temperature range, low resonance impedance, continuous operation and low heat generation.
Easy to install: just tighten with bolts. It is easy to install and has high reliability.
