This high-performance ultrasonic cutter is designed for simultaneous cutting and edge sealing of technical fabrics at the exact point of contact. It features a 90° angled blade made of hardened chrome-plated steel and a high-performance titanium transducer, delivering sharp, clean, and sealed cuts with no fraying or distortion.

Thanks to a press system developed by Tnection, the device ensures stable and repeatable performance under continuous high-speed operation — even on heavy-duty woven materials such as FIBC fabrics, carpets, tarpaulins, and shade nets. Cutting speed can reach up to 80 m/min, depending on material thickness and density.

The system is available in two versions:

• As a standalone cutting unit

• Or integrated into a moving/servo-driven cutting platform for inline use
