The Ultrasonic Actuator is a compact and modular ultrasonic unit designed to integrate directly into existing machines and production lines. It provides powerful ultrasonic performance for welding, cutting, or sealing plastics and flexible packaging materials. We can design our actuators according to customer needs — with pneumatic or servo motor-powered systems and with standard or smart control box technology. The actuator is ideal for customized automation where ultrasonic equipment must be implemented into production lines.

 

Tnection’s Ultrasonic Actuator is available in two versions:

• Pneumatic Actuator – Simple, cost-effective, and reliable. Suitable for standard applications triggered by manual air compression.
• ADD Series Servo Actuator – Offers advanced precision, programmable 5-point press control, and flexible operations.

 

It offers:
